Thomas Armstrong has a BA degree from Manchester University, UK (1997), a post-graduate degree in International Relations from The University of Warwick, UK (2004) and holds an Executive MBA from Imperial College London Business School (2010).
He began his career in the cement industry working in 2005 as a consultant at the International Cement Research Group (ICRG, UK), conducting cement plant feasibility studies, market assessments and undertaking due diligence reports around the world.
In 2011, Thomas was appointed Managing Director of Tradeship Publications, incorporating the role of Managing Editor of International Cement Review and Director of Cemtech Conferences & Exhibitions. In addition, he oversees the extensive research activities of ICR Research, including the biennual publication of The Global Cement Report, the industry’s leading survey of the cement sector worldwide.
Cement Manufacturers Association (CMA) is the apex body of major cement plants in India. We are the Indian Cement Industry’s consolidated voice on issues such as environment, waste recycling, taxation, logistics and fuel supply among others. CONCREATECH 2018, is a one day National Conference, scheduled to be held on November 29, 2018, at Hotel ITC Maurya in New Delhi. The Conference is supported by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India.
